The short version
Agent Crew HQ is software. Outcomes depend on you. We make no income or earnings guarantees. The product is not professional advice. Consult licensed professionals before acting on any output.
1. General disclaimer
The information, AI agents, system prompts, workflows, automations, examples, and any output generated through Agent Crew HQ (collectively the “Materials”) are provided for general informational and operational purposes only. The Materials are not a substitute for professional advice and are not intended to constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, or any other regulated professional advice.
NEURINOVA, MB, its members, employees, contractors, and agents make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Materials.
2. Results disclaimer
Any references to outcomes, productivity gains, time savings, revenue increases, audience growth, or business results in the Materials, on the Site, in marketing emails, in advertisements, or in testimonials are illustrative only. They are individual results that depend on factors entirely outside our control, including:
- The quality of your inputs to the agents
- The work you actually do with the outputs
- The market you operate in
- Your existing skills, business, and audience
- Your ability and willingness to act on what the agents produce
The average subscriber’s experience may differ. We do not guarantee any specific result. Any reference to a specific outcome is one person’s reported experience and not a typical or guaranteed outcome.
3. Earnings disclaimer
Agent Crew HQ is not a “make money online” or “income opportunity” product. We make no claims about how much money you will earn or save by subscribing.
If marketing copy, testimonials, or case studies on agentcrewhq.com reference dollar amounts, hours saved, audience growth, or business growth, those are reports of individual experiences and are not predictions or guarantees of what you will achieve. Most people who buy productivity tools do not see significant changes unless they put consistent effort into using them.
4. Not professional advice
Outputs generated by the 40 AI agents available in Agent Crew HQ may include suggestions about marketing copy, sales scripts, hiring decisions, pricing, business strategy, operations, finance, content production, and similar topics. These are starting points produced by AI models, not advice from licensed professionals.
Before acting on any output, consult appropriately licensed professionals. This is especially important for legal, tax, financial, medical, and employment decisions.
5. AI limitations
The agents in Agent Crew HQ run on large language models, including Anthropic’s Claude. Like all large language models, these AI systems can:
- Generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect statements
- Miss context that a human expert would catch
- Reflect biases present in their training data
- Produce different output for the same input on different runs
You are responsible for verifying any factual claim, statistic, quote, or recommendation produced by the agents before relying on it. Do not publish, send, or act on agent outputs without your own review.
6. Mind and personalization
Agent Crew HQ includes a feature called “Mind” that stores brand and personal context you provide. The agents read this context before responding so their output sounds tailored to your business. Mind does not make the output professional advice. The same disclaimers in Section 4 apply to all output regardless of how personalized it appears.
7. Workflows and automations
Workflows chain multiple agents together to produce multi-step outputs (research reports, validation analyses, content plans, and similar). Automations run agents on a schedule without your direct supervision. Output from workflows and automations is subject to the same limitations as individual agent output. You are responsible for reviewing all output before acting on it, especially output produced by unattended automations.
8. Third-party content
The Materials may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. A reference is not an endorsement.
Names, logos, and trademarks of third parties (including Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials on the Site reflect the experiences of individual subscribers. They are not promises that you will achieve similar results. Some testimonials may be paraphrased for brevity. Where individuals are named, we have their permission to publish.
10. Affiliate links
The Site or our marketing emails may include links to third-party products. Some of those links may pay us a referral fee if you purchase. We never recommend a product solely because of the fee. We disclose affiliate relationships when we use them.
