This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Agent Crew HQ (the “Service”).

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your name (if provided)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)

When you use the Service, we collect:

• Your Mind profile data (business information you choose to provide)
• Conversation history with our AI agents
• Files you upload to use with the agents
• Usage data (which agents you use, how often, message counts)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information)

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service and process your subscription
• Personalize AI agent responses using your Mind profile
• Send you service updates and product announcements (you can opt out)
• Improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

Agent Crew HQ uses Anthropic’s Claude API to power our AI agents. When you send a message to an agent, the message and your relevant Mind profile data are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use API inputs to train their models.

We use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic (AI processing)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (database hosting)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Upstash (rate limiting)

Your data is stored on Supabase servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

If you are in the European Union, you have the following rights under GDPR:
