Terms of Service

By accessing or using Agent Crew HQ (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by NEURINOVA, MB, registered in Lithuania.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service operates on a paid subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Founding member pricing of $37/mo is locked for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, standard pricing at that time will apply.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or the end of the prepaid period for quarterly and annual plans), and your subscription will not renew thereafter.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor refund rights notwithstanding this policy. Questions about cancellation or billing can be sent to support@agentcrewhq.com.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content
• Generate content that violates Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission
• Generate content for spam, phishing, or fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (Mind profile data, agent outputs, uploaded files).

We do not claim ownership of your content. However, we may store and process your content as needed to provide the Service.

You grant us a limited license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

The Service generates content using AI models. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
• AI outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before using them
• You are responsible for the use and distribution of AI-generated content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime or modifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEURINOVA, MB and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, but provisions related to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
